Podcasts I always admired the Mughal emperor, Akbar the Great, for his patronage of arts and sciences. I would imagine his court filled with the masters of that era, sharing the best of their works with Akbar. I was envious of Akbar’s access to these masters as not only could he experience their creations at will, but he could also quiz them on their methods and understand what made them excel in their craft. I concluded that among the greatest luxuries of life would be (1) access to masters (2) ability to experience their work (3) ability to understand their systems and methods. These luxuries are accessible to almost everyone today at a much larger scale thanks to the magic of podcasts.
Loving these KC - in this one, you've now reminded me to re-listen to Tim F/Jim C podcast/s - both are great; and found me a new rabbit hole (Stratechery is v cool). Also really helped to hear how you capture notes from podcasts, something I've been struggling with and will try the tools above. Really like the Evergreen concept, aiming to do more/better this year. All the best for 2021.
