  1. Fill your heart with love and gratitude

  2. Be a giver, always see what you can give and not what you get

  3. Work hard, always look for how you can do things that benefit one and all.

  4. Don’t have regrets, doubts or complaints

  5. Build relationships immediately, forgive very easily and don’t hold grudges. Laugh a lot & take things lightly

  6. Have very high integrity, assume best intent in people and don’t speak ill of anyone or anything

  7. Have high intellectual curiosity, always be a learner

  8. Practice minimalism, tread lightly in the world and seek to make every place better than how you found it

  9. Stay healthy, exercise regularly, eat right and practice good sleep habits

  10. Practice mindfulness, meditation & leave some time for solitude to connect with yourself
